Solar Power Plants
In line with our commitment to energy efficiency and the green economy, an investment in solar power plants was made in 2022 across four production sites, with a total installed capacity of 4.3 MW.
As part of our continued dedication to the green transition, a second phase of investment was completed in June 2025 with the installation of new solar power plants at the Farina and Kopanica mills. With this expansion, the total installed capacity has reached 5.3 MW, with an expected annual output of 5,500,000 kWh and a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions by 1,350 tonnes.

Reduction of Plastic in Packaging
By packing mill products in cardboard trays, the use of thermal foil is reduced, thereby decreasing the use of plastic in the production process.

Electrification of Forklifts
Replacing gasoline forklifts with electric ones at Zdenka-Dairy Products Ltd. is an upgrade to the investment in solar panels, aimed at using energy from our own production, protecting the environment and ensuring the health of employees.

Flour produced from organically ground wheat, without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides, was launched on the market in 2011, and the product is packaged in recycled paper packaging.
Quality control
We were the first in Croatia's milling industry to implement the HACCP system (2004) and IFS Food (2011).
