Farina Mill
In the production of flour at the Farina mill, special attention is given to the choice of raw materials, which are checked daily upon reception in the silo and before entering the production process. The control is conducted in our own laboratory and in laboratories authorized to control food health safety. The flour packaging process is fully automated.

Kopanica Mill
The Kopanica mill specializes in producing flour for the bakery and confectionery industries. The mill employs the most modern milling technology, and the production process is fully automated, continuously monitored and controlled, from the entry of raw materials into the process to the production of the finished product.

Quality control
We are the first in Croatia in the milling industry to have implemented the HACCP system (in 2004) and IFS Food (in 2011).
Organic flour production
Flour produced from organically ground wheat, without the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides, was launched on the market in 2011, and the product is packaged in recycled paper packaging.

Consistent with our commitment to energy efficiency and the green economy, in 2022 an investment in solar power plants with a total capacity of 4.3 MW was realized at four production locations. This investment will result in an annual reduction of 1,100 t of CO2 emissions, promoting sustainable electricity production.
Reducing plastic in packaging
By packing milling products in cardboard trays, the use of thermal foil is reduced, thereby decreasing the use of plastic in the production process.
Electrification of forklifts
Replacing gasoline forklifts with electric ones at Zdenka-mliječni proizvodi ltd. is an upgrade to the investment in solar panels, aimed at using energy from our own production, protecting the environment and ensuring the health of employees.
